I gladly accept returns on all handmade items as long as they are unused and in their original packaging. However, if your item arrives damaged during shipping or if it becomes defective due to loose stitches within 14 days of delivery, please contact me at mymentalpalette@gmail.com for a repair, replacement, or store credit. Once I receive the returned product, a full refund or exchange will be processed. Normal wear and tear over time is expected, but I am more than happy to assist with any concerns regarding craftsmanship. Thank you for understanding!
