This Mood Meter was created for those who may have difficulty understanding and identifying emotions. This guide can help narrow down the emotion based on low energy vs. high energy emotions and unpleasant vs. pleasant emotions. I've included brief descriptions of each emotion at the bottom, to better assist in pinpointing what emotion you or the patient may be experiencing.

To use this Mood Meter:
Download the PDF file and print at home - OR - through an online/local printing company. Printing isn't necessary though, you can download it and use it from any device you're on as well!
